Vision:

The Learning and Development vision endeavors environment to adopt an agile learning environment that will create learning opportunities for all staff to improve skills, knowledge, and behavior that will support the people strategies.

 Mission:

The mission of Learning and Development is: "To proactively deliver relevant and effective Learning and Development programmes to enable CPUT to achieve its strategic operational objectives"

 The strategic goals of your faculty or department.

 To give effect to the V2030 and Human Capital goals, the Learning and Development strategy aims to create learning opportunities for all staff to improve skills, knowledge and behavior by using models matched to the desired outcomes that contribute to the success and achievement of the university goals.

The primary purpose of all staff development is to improve job performance and contribute to a healthy climate and culture to achieve the university's mission and vision whereby staff development is embedded into the daily work structure of all employees.
