HOD MDP
An Academic Heads of Department (HOD)Development programme is a structured initiative designed to support and enhance the skills, Knowledge , and effectiveness of individuals in HOD/Line manager and or leadership roles. This program is typically aimed at improving the capabilities of head of departments, department chairs, or similar leaders at CPUT both Academic and Admin Support.
