The criteria to attend the Neuro-Linguistic programme (NLP) course is for the employees that are COMENSA credential coaches and or for any accreditation bodies such as ICF et.c

Course Description

NLP to be used as a tool for improving communication and developing better relationships and a way of changing thoughts and behaviours to help achieve desired outcomes.

Objectives:

1.To become a certified NLP Practitioner.

2.Ensure all delegates complete the full training programme.

3.To equip learners with the skills to conduct performance discussions.

4.To empower learners with skills to foster healthy relationships, professionally.

Approval required? Yes – Line Manager approval to attend training.

Confirmation of attendance by (email): Confirmation of acceptance of application will be communicated to you via email by the L&D office.

Can be cancelled? Yes, cancellation may be accepted 5 working days prior to the course in writing to HC: L&D

Should you not cancel on time, the cost of the training will be for you/department.
