Feedback and Evaluation

Feedback and Evaluation

Post-induction feedback and evaluation refers to the process of providing feedback and assessing the effectiveness of an employee's onboarding or induction program after its completion. Here's a breakdown:

1.    Feedback: After employees have gone through the induction process, they are typically asked to provide feedback on their experience. This feedback can cover various aspects of the induction program, such as its clarity, relevance, helpfulness, and overall effectiveness. Employees may also offer suggestions for improvements based on their first-hand experience.

2.    Evaluation: Human Capital and Line managers will evaluate the induction program. This evaluation involves analysing data gathered from employee feedback, as well as assessing the program's impact on factors like employee engagement, retention, job satisfaction, and time to productivity. By evaluating the induction process, the University can identify strengths and weaknesses, refine their onboarding strategies, and ensure that new staff members have the best possible introduction to the university.
