Workplace development refers to the process of enhancing the skills, knowledge, abilities, and overall effectiveness of employees within an organization. It involves various activities aimed at improving both individual and collective performance in the workplace. This can include training programs, mentorship opportunities, performance evaluations, career development initiatives, and creating a supportive work environment conducive to learning and growth. The goal of workplace development is to help employees reach their full potential, contribute more effectively to the organization, and ultimately achieve its strategic objectives. The following three course categories:

My courses: refers to your learning path, this is your learning path comprising of mandatory courses and courses that you have selected as voluntarily to develop your competencies (skills, knowledge and behaviour).Please Note that All Mandatory courses must be completed before the 30th of November.

NB: All Academic staff is also required to complete the Fundani Learning path way.
