The purpose of the course is to provide guidelines and a structured approach for identifying individual, departmental, and institutional skills needs. This will ensure that staff development initiatives are aligned to operational requirements, performance needs and CPUT’s strategic priorities.
Mark Simon is a member of Plum Systems, Mark has been at the forefront of a groundbreaking project that promises to have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial landscape in Southern Africa, namely the BiiC.
Drawing on the expertise and resources of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, BiiC is a unique and innovative incubation and innovation center, poised to propel graduate student projects with a social impact to commercial success.
Mark Simon's exemplary work as an entrereneur working on vanguard digital community solutions drawing from his extensive experience as a Digital Business Solutions Specialist during his 28 years in Cape Town, speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to the community.
