01 Read the Policy

We ask all staff to read and understand the Policies. It shows our commitment to preventing misunderstandings, misconduct, and to fostering a culture of fairness, accountability, and trust across CPUT.

02 Complete the Assessment

After reviewing the policy, you'll need to complete a short assessment to confirm your understanding. This helps ensure we all play our part in maintaining an ethical work environment.

Mark Simon is a member of Plum Systems, Mark has been at the forefront of a groundbreaking project that promises to have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial landscape in Southern Africa, namely the BiiC.

Drawing on the expertise and resources of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, BiiC is a unique and innovative incubation and innovation center, poised to propel graduate student projects with a social impact to commercial success.

Mark Simon's exemplary work as an entrereneur working on vanguard digital community solutions drawing from his extensive experience as a  Digital Business Solutions Specialist during his 28 years in Cape Town, speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to the community. His involvement in the establishment of BiiC, along with his fellow founding memebers in Plum Systems Lucien Paulsen, Sean De Grunche and Chris Mulhall, and the (Acting) HOD of Graduate Centre for Management at CPUT Prof. Michael Twum-Darko
