Welcome to CPUT’s Policy and Compliance Learning Hub
Understanding and applying institutional policies and national legislation is not optional— it is essential. At CPUT, we’ve seen the consequences of policy gaps at every level, from students to senior leadership and even Council members. This platform was developed to help close those gaps.
These courses are designed to raise awareness, promote consistent ethical conduct, and ensure informed decision-making across the institution. Whether you're new to CPUT, seeking promotion, or required to complete training due to identified gaps, this learning hub provides accessible, practical guidance to support your role.
Compliance starts with knowledge—let’s build it together.
01 Read the Policy
We ask all staff to read and understand the Policies. It shows our commitment to preventing misunderstandings, misconduct, and to fostering a culture of fairness, accountability, and trust across CPUT.
02 Complete the Assessment
After reviewing the policy, you'll need to complete a short assessment to confirm your understanding. This helps ensure we all play our part in maintaining an ethical work environment.
